This is a nicely made rack, however, I found it to be too short for the original purpose. I wanted it to sit over my toaster in the kitchen closet and it was 2" or so too short. I am using it in another location. It's made well. Does help use dead space in cabinets. I may have measured wrong, but really not likely. I've used tape measures all my life. I bought 2 of these to put on the floor for storing some extra canned goods for later. They work great! Some of the really big cans don't fit underneath, but most will. I had one very much like this on the shelf in the pantry. We kept it full of canned food, the bottom and top, and used it every day. It's been about 6 years, and the load-bearing pieces on the top have not weakened at all. These look like they'll stand up to what we need them for. My cabinets measure 24x11.5x9.5 inches and I was hard pressed to fit all my dishes for my family of 6 into the space. These are great to maximize cupboard space . Unfortunately the large ones tend to arrive in bad condition. I ordered 4 of them at different times and out of those 2 were in good shape , 1 was moderately bent and fixable , and 1 was badly bent and broken . The broken one has a broken weld from being bent up and having weak welds . If you're a gambler at heart , try your luck with these and see what you get . If you need something in good condition , get them in-store where you can look at them before buying . ... show more

Purchased this to hold bottles of shampoo, body wash, and conditioner at the back of the bathtub. It was a little too deep for my needs. (My fault for not measuring the spot, lol.) Rather than return it, I did find good use for it in the kitchen. The shelf bows a little in the middle with a bit of weight, so it could be sturdier; but, at ~$13, it's a good shelf for more lightweight items. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase. I’m slow to recognize my own need for help organizing our kitchen. But we had a tall shelf we were using to store glass mixing bowls. The only way to store them was to stack them. Stacked, they weighed a ton. And even then we were wasting space. This track lets me store three bowls before and two above. They are much easier to retrieve than before. This size of organizing shelf is harder to find. If you need something a little taller/wider - this is the way to go. I was very pleased with the color (I ordered the dark bronze color) which disappeared on my shelves of a darker woodgrain.
