The manufacturer emailed me after poor review. They were very helpful and had me return the original projector, they sent me a new one and it Works Great! I now give the projector 5 stars. Update- I have had contact with their customer service. The issues are from a bad component. They had me send back the projector to fix. Hopefully this works and if it does, I will change my review. Audio for internal speakers is awful. I have spent hours trying to connects external speakers. Nothing works. The Bluetooth is worthless- there is a delay in the audio of about 3 seconds- Cannot use. Now I’m getting no sound unless a 3.5 mm audio cable is inserted in audio out, but the sound doesn’t go to speakers- only played though internal Speakers.     • It works, just was hoping for a little more for the price.
Bought this open minded if trying a brand I never heard before. Setup was ok, was originally under the impression that is was a short throw projector, but worked around that. Have to install an app to connect device for screen mirroring on the projector witch I did find a bit of a hassle to setup on both ends. Especially trying to close the app on whatever you connected it to. On top of that the audio delay is about 3-5 seconds slow so its just easier to mute the projector and Bluetooth from the other device. Apps are somewhat limited, but I really don't use it for that much anyway. Overall it is an alright projector, just a little too much for what there asking for after using for a while. ... show more

    • Very good projector for the price
Works great, haven’t had any issues. For the price you can’t beat it. Only issue is that it does need to be in a a fairly dark room. Light will wash it out, but it’s not too much of an issue for me. I’m running it on a 120” screen and I’m happy with it.

Arrived and set it up today. I am having a very significant top to bottom focus issue. If I make the top of the screen sharp, the bottom is way out of focus and visa versa. If I focus the middle both top and bottom noticeably out of focus. Is there an undocumented way to adjust this? If not I expect to have to return it. I suspect a lens is slightly out of wack, but with no way to fix it the experience is below expectations. ... show more

    • Company is wonderful, projector works ok
This was the best projector we have owned, so it was terrible when the remote stopped functioning properly. I reached out to the manufacturer company and they sent out another without question. It arrived a few days later and works perfectly. Couldn't have asked for anything more! I do want to note that the product description says it gives a good picture “even in the sun time”, which I would wholeheartedly disagree with. The only way we are able to watch during the day time is if we close the curtains, and even then it’s difficult. Additionally, the focus is hard to adjust to ensure a clear picture to all four corners, with either one side of the screen or the other being out of focus. ... show more
