This is one of those products that makes you say to itself, “Why didn’t I come up with this!!” I really like the convenience of this pill organizer, with great metal construction, vibrant colors, and the keychain option is borderline genius. As stated, it is waterproof with a well positioned gasket to ensure your pills do not get wet. The screw-on cap provides a great snug fit. It’s roughly 2 inches, and I was able to fit 5 capsule size pills in one. Metal Pill containers are pretty stylish and functional. Like that you get three of these in different colors. Can be for you and your spouse to easily distinguish each others container. The tops on these make it easy to grip and open which is nice. These are very strong and can’t be crushed easily. They are air tight and water proof. I may have to change the seal on these as they seem very flimsy and seems like they will tear if you over tighten. The seals should be upgraded but overall very nice product. ... show more

I was mainly interested in these pill holders because they're advertised to not screech when opening. That is indeed the case. The threads are machined well and coated with the same paint as the body. That's why they're relatively noise free. The tops screw on and off easily. These pill containers are perfect for men too! My husband usually doesn’t like to carry around girly items but these containers are all metal and they attach to your keychains. My husband not only let me put it on our neutral black car keys but he even added one to his lunch bag. I wanted something for him to have his headache medication in since he usually just throws them in his pocket or brings the whole pill bottle. That doesn’t work when you’re also carrying around so many other tedious items. I even love the rose gold looking one for my school bag so I can carry around my own medication as I’m on the go. The container is meant for single dose use but if you could differentiate between meds you can add at least three or four pills if they are small enough. I love this though because it doesn’t look like a pill container so you can keep it on the outside of items without worrying if people will notice that you’re carting around medication. ... show more

These are very nicely machined. The lids open and close easily. There is a gasket between the lid and body which should keep moisture out. To test this, I put a piece of paper towel in the container and then submerged the closed container in water for a couple of minutes. The paper towel came out dry, so I would say these are fairly waterproof too. I like that they are different colors which will assist in keeping pills separate. For reference I could fit eight 200mg ibuprofen tablets in one container. So, depending on the size of your medicine I think it would be reasonable to fit one week's worth of tablets (assuming one per day) per container. These work okay. Big enough for earplugs. Slightly heavier than necessary because of overbuilt lid [enough to sink it in water, even empty]. Thin o-ring. (Don't over-tighten) Holds six 100mg tablets but slightly smushes them. Nice aluminum. Middling design. YMMV!

These little pill organizers are handy to have. I carry one on my key chain carabiner, with a couple of aspirins when I travel. I also use them to carry a few wooden matches when I go camping.
