Our 6 year old son is enjoying this build. It is not "Lego." It is "Sluban." They have a lot of proprietary pieces in there. All of it seems compatible with Lego-like building systems. But as for the build, the general tone and "culture" surrounding it offers a different experience. My son is loving it. Got this for a Bday gift for grandson. It was difficult for an 8 year old to put it together, but his 11 year old brother did OK with it. He does like because it floats and while it is a knock off from Lego it is similar enough to work for him.

I got this as a gift for my little brother. We had a lot of fun putting it together. Some of the pieces were weirdly shaped so it was kind of difficult to put together but it was still great!

I had bought this thinking it was Lego, but soon realized quality was not good. The bags do not have numbers, the hands do not go into the figures (they do not fit) and the rods that are supposed to be pushed through holes do not move easily and cannot be positioned. Decided to try these out cause they were a great price. Regular leggos are so expensive. Well I guess you get what you pay for. These were difficult to put together and did not stay. Lesson learned. Just need to spend the xtra on regular leggos
