The media could not be loaded. So I think these juicers or any juicer for that matter are something you either love or hate due to juice extraction and cleaning features. If you want a juicer and understand the extraction process, this one has a lot of pluses free and of course a few minuses. *It is easy to clean *It extracts pulp efficiently *It is quiet *It is well constructed *it is compact and space saving *comes with a manual that explains operation *doesn’t foam up *two ways to put food in shoot *comes with a damper to push fruit down into shoot and 2 containers to hold the pulp and juice. I own one of the old fashioned work horse Masticating machines that are heavy and cumbersome that push the pulp out the front shoot with an auger and the juice is forced through a filter in the bottom of the shoot . It is a better machine at extraction , but it is also very cumbersome and hassle to use and clean. This machine is simple to use and easy to clean. It also uses an auger to push the food down , into a strainer, which in turn is pushed through a shoot and into the supplied containers. I do feel that there is a lot of waste as seen from their own photos in their own ad. I therefore take the pulp left over in the catcher container, along with the left over sediment in the operating container, and I make a smoothie with it. I have a Vitamix that pretty much pulverizes fruit and keeps the pulp, but it makes a lot of foam while doing so, this juicer does not make that foam. So the cons, but I don’t think it’s a flaw in the machine, just a byproduct of the process. *Is it leaves a lot of pulp behind. *certain fruits do not juice well, (but they don’t in my larger masticating machine either, such avocados, bananas , or any frozen-thawed fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, they basically mush. *there is a gap between the strainer and the screen in the bowl that captures a lot of juice that needs to be manually tilted to remove the juice into the container or when disassembled poured from container into glass. *also putting together seems to be a learning curve, everything needs to be lined up and clicked it place properly or it won’t work. It does have red dots and click in place features, but it can be a bit tricky. •no recipe book On the other hand carrots, celery, apples, and firmer fruits and vegetables go through the machine easily and efficiently, but still, more pulp than juice. So if you want to remove pulp , this machine will do it quietly and conveniently. But if you are expecting it to remove pulp and still have a lot of juice, well there is not a lot of juice in apples and celery etc, so you will have a lot of pulp and a small amount of juice, probably in most of what you are juicing there is more pulp/fiber, so understand the nature of the process, and if you do, than this is an easy convenient machine to use. ... show more

I have been using this regularly to make healthy green juices. I have put in various greens, ginger, citrus fruits and vegetables and it does a good job with them all. It very nicely separates out the pulp from the juice. It is easy to assemble and disassemble to clean. It's fairly small compared to other juicers I've owned. I rate it highly and would recommend to anyone looking to start juicing. ... show more

I like how quiet this slow masticating cold press juicer is, and the slow 50rpm keeps it from creating all that froth. That froth is what gives you gas and a bloated feeling. I like this juicer on that detail alone. Another upside to this slow press juicer is that it gets more of the juice out of fruits and vegetables and leaves less pulp. This is less waste, and I like that. The machine itself is very attractive and sleek, and more tall than big around....this means taking up less space on my countertop - where it's new home is. I love fresh juices from fresh veggies and fruits, especially for my kids. This is a well made and practical cold press juicer. Excellent product. ... show more

This juicer was my gateway into the world of "juicing" and I have really enjoyed using it. Once the fruit and veggies are prepped, it takes less than five minutes to go through. Super efficient and compact enough to fit in my kitchen. It's quiet as advertised and easy to assemble and disassemble to clean, except for one part. Not sure why that detail got overlooked.
