I like the esthetic design but it's just not has sturdy has I hoped for. It has many holes to hold your inscence does the job. Value is ideal for this purchase. Smaller than expected. Works fine you just have to securely put your inscence in. Watch it carefully so it doesn't fall.

Love the shape, great product however a bit unstable when adding more than 3 insence and the ashes fall outside the lotus…..it needs to be a bit bigger ( wider).

The holes to place the incense are too wide, the incense does not sit straight up, it leans over the side of the VERY small flower tray and ash goes everywhere. I got this when I moved, I opened it and used it after the return policy had already expired. I 100% would have returned it. It went straight into the garbage. Don't waste your money. ... show more

All it takes is some common sense to get this holder to work properly. If you stick the incense in the center without cutting the end down, then yes, it will tilt because it’s long and top-heavy. Obviously you don’t want to light it like that or you’ll get ash everywhere around it. I trimmed the end of the incense until it stood straight up in one of the holes, and it caught all falling ash perfectly. Also, this comes in two pieces so that when you need to dump the ash, you just take the top piece off and dump them both. It’s made like this so that is easier to clean. The pieces don’t need to attach super tightly for it to be secure. I have no complaints about this item. ... show more

I like all the different sized holes, because from my experience with incense sticks the wood can come in many different sizes all in the same box, so you'll always find a hole that fits it. It's also just a super gorgeous item, really pretty to look at and fun to handle (imo) The downside is that functionally, it kinda sucks. There's almost no way I've found to get the ash to all land in the flower-- I tried clipping the sticks to make them shorter, that didn't work. So this is totally fine if you don't mind an absolute mess accumulating all around the flower on whatever surface you put it on. And you have to clean it pretty regularly, or what little ash that DOES land inside the flower will pile up all over the holes so you can't see them. I don't clean it as often as I should with how much I enjoy/use incense, so I end up wiping the ash off the holes with my fingers. It's a beautiful hassle, not an effortless enjoyment. ... show more
