Wig off! Face washed! Scarf on! Ready for bed! Bonnets are cool but this girl loves a good headscarf. To be honest I did not read the description for this, I just saw a scarf & thought ok. What I assumed to be a set of 2 turned out to be reversible. It's a one size fits all triangular shape. Super soft with plenty of slip. My hair was in a low ponytail & this scarf came off multiple times during the night. The bow that I tied slowly loosened each time. Truth moment: I was floored when I saw the $85 price tag! This is a lovely scarf. The silk is very dense and sturdy but still very soft. I have naturally curly hair and lately I've been tying it up at night with this scarf, and it's doing a great job at preserving the curls and preventing frizz. My only qualm is that when this is folded into a triangle, it's a little bit on the small side in terms of depth, and I have to be careful to make sure all my hair gets in. I also with Slip had included a little card with instructions/ideas on how to tie and wear this. ... show more

This is a nice high quality silk scarf. It has a nice thickness to it and seems like it will last for a long time. Nice pattern and seems to do well wrapping around the head. It's comfortable to the touch. I'm not sure if the price is justified, but it's definitely top quality

This is great if you have curly hair because you can wrap this around to keep your curls nice overnight. It can also work for lots of other things because it’s a pretty big wrap and it’s reversible so you have a leopard print side and one that’s solid black. It’s super soft and feels so nice, definitely real silk. It’s also just really pretty. The only reason I took off a star is because of the price. What a gorgeous hair wrap/scarf! I am very impressed with the beauty and quality of the silk fabric, the workmanship and style of this scarf. I ordered the wild leopard pattern, and it is a great small-scale leopard pattern (tiny black dots against a rose-gold background) on one side that reverses to saturated jet black on the other. The silk is exquisite and has the luster expected of fine silk. It is a double layer of silk and it feels very luxe and very heavy and it drapes beautifully. It feels smooth and thick, and it flows almost like a liquid through my hands. The wrap is triangular, as shown and measures 34" X 50" so it is generously sized and provides excellent coverage. It can be worn in several different ways (kerchief style with the ends tied under the chin, or off-set to frame the face, at the back of the head or turban style with the long edge positioned at the back of the head and the ends tied at the front of the head). The free ends look great since both sides of the fabric show. The silk fibers used in the manufacture of the fabric is the highest quality available -- 6A. The silk is rated at 22 momme which is a medium weight of silk (the more silk fibers in the fabric, the higher the rating and the softer and more durable the scarf is). Not all purveyors of silk products are reputable. This one most certainly is, and the quality of the silk is guaranteed. The wrap is meant to protect the hair and prevent tangles, which it most certainly does, but it is a beautiful accessory and I really just wanted it to wear as a scarf or fold up and tie around my neck to wear with some of my outfits. It arrived beautifully pressed and folded in a sturdy box with a clear plastic cover suitable for gifting. I kept the bottom of the box to keep inside of a drawer to store the hair wrap in. The wrap can be machine washed in a mesh bag but I intend to hand-wash mine, as I do with all of my silk items, to keep it as nice as possible. The current price of $85.00 is pricey, but the quality is extremely high and I think it is well worth the cost. This would make an elegant gift for someone or just a lovely way to treat yourself. ... show more

This silk scarf is bigger than I thought it would be. Don't worry about whether or not it's big enough to cover all your hair. It's big head and lots of hair friendly. I had to roll the edge to make it small enough for me. It's not something that is worth the $85 price tag to me being that neither of the two current color options fit my taste, and I don't see what momme it is listed anywhere.
