I bought this case a few months ago and it's been falling apart. I take care of my things so this is more a reflection of bad product. I don't drop or throw around my phone so there's so reason the case would break but I'm currently having to replace it.

This case is actually a hidden gem and I'm glad I took the chance on it. I love the Z Fold 3 but if you're reading this, you know the worst part about it is finding a case that's not overly bulky and has hinge protection. I'm normally weary of the off brand cases on Amazon cause I've been burned before, so I've stuck with Spigen cases for my last several Samsung phones. This case is super slim but hard sturdy material with a matte texture that is easy to grip, much like Spigen cases. The magnetic hinge works great and adds virtually no bulk to the edge of the phone and is textured for additional grip as well. It doesn't have springs or elastic bands inside the hinge that will eventually wear out or scratch the actual phone from the inside, which is great. The hinge is mounted to the part of the case that covers the backside of the phone with an elongated rubberized strip, so hopefully it'll last a long time with as much as I fold/unfold the phone. The tempered glass is a nice touch too... Overall the phone feels lighter and less bulky than the Spigen Pro Armor and was about half the cost. I also use the OhSnap 2.0 grip and magnetic charger, and both of those function normally with this case as well (I couldn't charge wirelessly with the Pro Armor case cause it was so thick). The case itself is wonderful. I am not a fan of large cases or over the top designs. The durability of the case itself in regards to protection is fantastic. The only downside I seem to have is the magnets inside the hinge (circular and Rectangular) seem to keep coming loose. Even after I glue them back on, they only stay in place for a short amount of time before I have to re-glue them down. I noticed them starting to fail only a couple months after purchase, and have had issues from time to time ever since. ... show more

    • Magnet broke the hinge of my ZFold3. Ruined.

Case has a small magnet in hinge protector that dislodged when dropped 30 inches. Magnet became lever when I unfolded phone and caused hinge to overextended. Now there's a black band of dead pixels running across the crease and the right side of the screen no longer has touchscreen functionality. This case destroyed an $1800 phone. It wasn't the fall. Phone was fine after the fall. Screen snapped when hinge caught on case internal hinge magnet. I'm furious. Complete garbage. ... show more

Great quality. I got the red one and it is a nice cherry red. Fits my phone perfect. Good price and arrived fast. Just like pictured. What I like best about this case is that it is not just hard plastic. It has a rubbery feel and I think this adds some shock protection if you drop your phone. I will buy again. One of only a few that ticked the boxes for me, not great quality but did protect the phone. I wanted a few things and didn't want a few things and I realize the Z Fold 3 is old at this point and no one is making cases for it any more. I did want, a screen cover to protect the screen, hinge protection and a slim profile. I did not want a slot for the pen or a stand. The stand on every case I have had, interferes with wireless charging especially anything metal or magnetic. This is just 1 of 2 cases I found after scouring all options that had that exact setup on Amazon. The profile is very slim and I like it. As many others mention, the magnets that hold the hinge to the body are very poorly secured, 3 on them fell out before I even had the case on. I used a dot of super glue and each and it worked but the other three fell out at various times later. I dropped the phone one time and that's all it took. The case did protect the phone, no damage but the case is also toast after one drop from standing height. 3 corners are fully busted and the the top quarter of the hinge protector is gone. All in all, I like the design and the exact features I was looking for but making it out if a softer silicone or composite would make it more durable. I understand it's designed to protect the phone and it did, but ideally, it should live through at least a few drops for the money. ... show more

A few chips here and there but I'd rather it be my case then my phone. I bought the bright red which I love. They need to make a bright pink though! ... show more
