I kept Sunbeam fleece sheets on our bed year round. When they no longer made them and my current sheets needed to go. I was on the search for a replacement. Which led me to try Sleep Philosophy True North. These are far superior to the old Sunbeam fleece I am replacing and I thought nothing could beat how much I loved Sunbeam fleece.. True North are so soft and cozy. They are also very thick. The top sheet is almost a blanket weight. Which I love since our winters get quite cold and we like to sleep in a cool room. After sleeping on them a while and a few washes later I quickly bought a second set. They have washed up really well. They do not leave the dryer full of lint. There was some pilling at the foot of the sheets when I took them off to wash the first time, but I simply ran a lint roller over the fitted sheet before removing it to wash. I will be buying more sets for all the beds in the house as needed. Fingers crossed these sheets will be available for years to come. ... show more

Super soft, not very thick but I think that keeps the material breathable. It’s not the type of polar fleece that sticks to dry skin, which is great for us where certain materials give us the “ick”. They’re worth the purchase!

So nice and warm and soft. UPDATING MY REVIEW and going from 5 stars to 4 stars. I still love these sheets; they are some warm, soft, and comfortable! BUT, after about 3 months of washing them every other week, they are "pilling" terribly. I have to wash them separately, or blue fuzzy stuff will get all over whatever I wash them with. I was really excited to find these fleece sheets on Amazon. And after reading the high reviews, I thought I really struck gold, but I was sadly disappointed. First off I just got the sheets and put them in the washer for the first time as you can see, with the picture attached to this review, several places throughout the fitted sheet and on the pillowcases are thread bare like it shows, and this is after only one wash, so I can only imagine what they will like like after several. Secondly, it had so much of the little pills, especially on the fitted sheet that I almost went through an entire lint roller just to get them off, plus I was pulling stuff off with my fingers. I’ve never had this happen with fleece sheets before and I washed and dried exactly as stated on the tag so I know it wasn’t from anything that I did during that process. It’s just upsetting because the sheets are not cheap. I know that I could send them back but I don’t want to deal with the hassle to return. I just know I definitely will not be buying from this company again. I really don’t see what all the high reviews were for. Maybe I just got a bad set I’m not really sure I just know I will not be spending this kind of money to go for a second try. So buy at your own risk. On the plus side I did absolutely love the color. And was excited to buy more in some of the other colors. The quality is just super poor in my opinion especially for the price. ... show more
