This is a product I didn't even know existed but I was having issues with two plugs in my apartment that were close to a bed and a couch. So when the bed moved it would make the plug come out sometimes and it was pretty dangerous. So this product does exactly what it is supposed to and now I have no issues with plugs getting unplugged or bent. The only issue I had is that I did not realize that some outlets are installed upside down so if you want the wire on this product to go out the bottom (or the left or the right if it is a horizontal outlet) you have to decide if you want this one or if you need the 'inverted' one which you can search for on Amazon. I had to return the first one and switch to the inverted one, that was my mistake for not knowing there were two different types of outlets and to get the right one, just make sure you are getting the one that matches your outlet. ... show more

This product was way more than I originally thought that I was purchasing. Sleek Socket has really got this product figured out. I have an enormous fourteen foot wide book case that unfortunately had to be placed in front of the only duplex power outlet on that 20 foot wall making the duplex outlet unaccessible. To make matters worse it was the only switched duplex outlet in the room and as you are entering the room making it necessary to walk 20 feet across the room to the nearest lamp. The Sleek Socket Dual Side-by-Side Power Strips Ultra Thin Concealer w/Cord Concealer Kit was just the product I needed to allow me to have two three outlet power strips optimally placed on the wall with the book case. The space between the book case and the wall afforded just enough space for the Ultra Thin Outlet Concealer to fit safely and perfectly in place. The two eight foot white cords with the three white outlet power strips spread out perfectly behind the book case and blended in with the white base board. You don't really notice the power strips at all. With tables and lamps in place now I am able to flip the wall switch upon entering the room and have the much needed light that Sleek Socket has made possible. The price I paid for the Sleek Socket Ultra Thin Outlet Concealer was one tenth of the price the licensed electrician was going to charge to add two additional duplex wall outlets. If we add in the cost of professionally repairing the drywall and painting that would be an additional three hundred dollars. My Sleek Socket Dual Side-by-Side Power Strips, Ultra-Thin Outlet Concealer w/Cord Concealer Kits, Two 3 Outlet Power Strips, Two 8-Ft Cords, Universal Size and UL Certified purchase saved me about seven hundred dollars. I love the way this looks! It's a much smoother appearance than angled or straight plug-in cords poking out of and away from the wall. The surge protector feature also gives me more peace of mind. The only complaint I have is that the cord is pretty stiff and doesn't want to bend much while flat - even to fit the included wall mounting kit. Perhaps opening the curved mounting piece on the bottom side (instead of along the top) would be more effective. I would love to see this product in various cord lengths and an optional mounting kit that looks more like raceway than neat wall staples. ... show more

Because they're so tall, I needed to use the safety secure strap at the top and having something plugged in at the bottom of the shelves made them lean slightly back weirdly. I use it in my laundry room. The socket is close to the lint trap so having the machine cords plugged in at the outlet was a problem. This outlet adapter is wonderful. I can have the machine plugs out of the way and there is now easy access to the lint trap. Bonus that there are 3 outlets, so I'm also able to plug in a light over the machines. I am so happy to have found these concealers. It really is wonderful to get the plugs out of sight and also out of the way of drapes and furniture that goes against the wall. They even come with cord covers so it makes it nice to hide the cord. I now have three of them and will probably buy more.
