I'm quite happy with this PC. It has some minor issues, but they are related more to the design than the actual quality or function. It's expensive, yes, but so are 3080's right now. For what comes in it, the price is completely fair. The build quality was good, cables were managed, it looked super clean inside. No bloatware at all, only thing outside of normal Windows stuff I saw preinstalled were the programs to control the RGB. Temperatures are all what I'd expect them to be, it's super quiet, and overall it's a great machine. My only minor issues have to do with the case they use. It's limited on expansion slots, you can fit some additional SSD's in it, or a solitary hard disk, but not much else. No space where you can put a blu-ray player, for example. I'm also not crazy about solid glass side panels, they look cool but also don't provide for any extra air flow. That being said, I knew that this was what I was getting, and as I mentioned the temps are fine, so it's a very minor squabble. I would recommend, especially if you plan to buy it and leave it alone. If you intend to add stuff it's a little cramped, and well, you probably know how to build one from scratch anyway, so you might not be looking at these to begin with. And of course, if the price seems high, wait for 3080's to not be 2 grand anymore. I would certainly imagine they would cut the price when that happens. ... show more

Overall it's been a great gaming company. It's always been slow booting up on windows. That's honestly not been a big deal. It's very quiet but it doesn't last very long I've had this computer for only 2 year it no longer turns on. The memory size was a little small by today standard.     • A little overpriced, but an above mid ranged gaming rig with lots of RGB patterns.
I had the power supply fail after about 10 months and getting a replacement was easy enough to set up but they shipped the replacement part to the wrong address (to the wrong state even) and now they are completely ignoring all my emails and put me on "hold" til I get disconnected when I call about this case. UPDATE: After what seems like forever they finally contacted me and two-day shipped the part to me. Not sure why there was suck a long delay, but my part is on teh way. The equipment itself is pretty good. It wasn't a top tier gaming machine but well above mid-range in power. Drives 1440p gaming great, lots of different RGB lighting effects. The pc looks nice, it performs well. I haven't had any issues with it as of 5 months of owning it. I have upgraded the RAM, storage and a few other things and it just works perfectly. I think for the price, the RAM and storage should be greater than what you get but overall, I can't complain. I can upgrade it to Windows 11 just by picking up a cheap chip, with which you plug straight into the motherboard. ... show more

I don’t know what the hell these people are doing.. the damm video card was NOT seeded in the slot. Theses cards are so expensive and delicate, the people handling these don’t give a crap. I honestly bought this machine for the card, and planned on rebuilding the machine and getting it to a family member. It arrived ok, but the build was poor. So poor that they forgot a post screw, AND a screw as pictured above. If you know anything about computers, having 1 of either missing can cause the motherboard to short. So this machine likely would have fried and this customer sending a huge machine to skytech for a bad motherboard. Luckily this build went to me, I wouldn't have that problem. They even have the tech that signed the build off but I won't throw him under the bus. Skytech, train your techs better. If you're building 2500$ machines, they better be perfect. I wouldn't have let any of my techs send out a machine like this to a local customer, let alone SHIP it. Amazon customers, just beware of poor builds if youre a new gamer trying to get an Xbox/PS4 quality gaming system. ... show more

I can play games and they run smooth and look amazing but i was dealt a terrible hand in getting a Gigabyte 3080 with mine. There are no thermal pads on the backplate (corner cutting) which causes the memory to exceed 100 degrees frequently. This will cause a short life for the GPU and I didnt pay 2800 to get a 2 year PC. i will be returning this. ... show more
