Fits the Mini 3 perfectly, the RC remote controller is a little tight but you can keep the control sticks on and after closing the case the foam top ensures that they are not damaged, saving time not having to take them apart after use and then reinserting them before use - something I had found very annoying especially in colder climates where my fine motor skills were dulled! The case itself is feels solid, the rubber seals have no gapping so I have no doubt it is waterproof. The joints are all thick and solid, and the metal rods connecting them ensure they will last many years to come. It is able to be left upright and is fairly stable. The locking mechanism is solid with no play once secure. Overall, an excellent case and highly recommended. I would consider this essential for protecting the drone, since it is fairly fragile. ... show more

I received my case quickly and it is as described! This perfectly fits my drone and everything in the fly more plus package. It feels very well built and solid. The gaskets look good. I hope to never find out if it is indeed waterproof but I'll have no issue taking this with me out on the water either. I feel confident this will protect my drone when I'm and about on adventures. The cutouts are an exact fit and snug. I love the added space underneath the controller to place the small additional items I may need. I also am pleased with the look and professional quality of this case. I work in injection molding so I'm very critical of molded products and this has passed with flying colors.     • Compact, but heavy duty case
The good: really nice looking and heavy duty, smoothly operating and convenient latches, great fit and finish on the exterior of the case. Also features a pressure release valve in case for ease of opening after air travel. Less good: interior storage volume could have been a bit greater, with larger storage beneath the controller and including some storage under the drone. Would like to see small cutouts at the controller location which would allow a lanyard to remain attached to the controller, but this is easily modified by user if desired. Finally, the adhesive used to attach the red foam to the black foam below left black marks on the controller and other items. Overall: Excellent case for the money that will protect your drone against damage. ... show more

I purchased this case for my DJI mini 3 pro with an rc controller. Everything fits very securely including my charging hub, extra batteries and some accessories. The case is very sturdy and appears to be water proof. The latches appear to be very good as well. It was a little more pricey that the soft cases so I hesitated spending the extra money. It was only $10.00 more so I decided it was probably worth it. I am very happy that I chose to spend a little more to get a strong and secure case. I highly recommend it. ... show more

I have not had to worry about my drone with it being in this case! I have had it set on the floor board of my truck while driving down dirt roads and everything was held safe and secured with no problems. I keep my ND filters and an extra set of blades in the case in addition to drone, controller, and batteries. I do wish there was a bit more room for extra propellers but I am happy with it! I would get this if you are planning on being out in the woods or are just rough on things! ... show more

The case compares well with the Pelican case I use for the Air 2S and Mini 2. There's room for the drone, everything included in the Fly More Kit, and more. Holds six batteries: 2 in dedicated slots, 1 in drone, 3 in charging hub. There's also a 5-1/4" x 2-1/2" x 7/8" space below the controller slot. that can hold a lanyard or smaller charger. One of the battery slots could be used to store a small charger. Smart controller fits facing up (Soft foam on lid allows sticks to remain installed.) or down (with sticks removed) for better screen protection. The RC-N1 controller also fits; add a small piece of foam to fill the small gap. Design and quality are good. The case is definitely sturdy. Gasket fits well, with no gaps. Foam cutouts are sized right. Hinges, latches, and handle are solid and work well. I don't intend to test the waterproof rating, but I'm very comfortable taking the drone out in the boat or kayak in the case. ... show more

    • One tough case!
The mini 3 pro fits super snug so your investment will be safe. If your adding a rubber cover to the transmitter then you'll have to take a blade and cut out the extra needed space. Thanks Skyreat 👍 Update: I've had the case for a few weeks now and come to the conclusion that the cut out spots are way to tight and there really isn't room to cut out around if you add a Silicone cover to the transmitter. The slot are way to tight! If you don't care about extra room for accessories and need a tough case that you can toss around then this is what you want, I've returned it and ordered a soft camera case with plenty room for my gopro's and accessories 👍 Update: I've been waiting three weeks for Amazon to return my money, there new return policys iare ridiculous so beware! This company has received the returned case three weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Update 3: It took one month for Amazon to refund my money after I sent the case back via ups. This is not good Amazon! ... show more
