I initially purchased one of these cases for my Steam Deck OLED and was so impressed that I got another for my ROG Ally. After having a great experience with it on the Steam Deck, I actually enjoy using it even more with the ROG Ally. The white device paired with this case looks fantastic, as it makes the color pop and adds much-needed grip for comfortable gameplay. Coming from the Steam Deck, I found the ROG Ally uncomfortable to use, but this case solved that issue immediately. The grips are ergonomically designed, making extended gaming sessions far more enjoyable without adding any significant weight. Additionally, the built-in stand is a great feature, allowing the device to stand on its own without needing any extra accessories. Lastly, the purple color is a wonderful touch—it reminds me of the classic Nintendo GameCube. Overall, this case is a great addition to any setup and enhances both comfort and style. This fit the ally X perfectly. Love the color, and it made the grips just slightly larger and more comfortable to hold. Standing up on its own is a nice touch.

This protective cover is the best. Fits perfectly and is very comfortable. Adds a bit of girth for better grip and the quality is prime. I have fairly large hands, not the largest but I guess about 7-8 inches from palm-fingertip. This grip gives the rog ally x just that little extra oomph for holding on while playing. Paired with the skullnco thumb stick grips, I NO LONGER AM ACCIDENTALLY TOUCHING THE SCREEN!!! it was a huge problem that almost lead to me buying an entirely separate controller just so I could play normally. Or, giving the device to my nephews or something. Anyway, highly recommend this brand. Fingerprint sensor still works, volume keys, etc. It even stands up on it's own if you wanted to watch a movie or something. (The bottom is flat). ... show more

Thos makes the og rog ally fit so much better in my hands while giving it fall protection. It is firm and not too heavy. Worth it for ally owners if you want bigger palm grips.

I bought this case because of ton of good review, and it come out excellent. The material is good, not too hard, not to soft. Fit well 100%, make you feel better in your hand. And on top of that, my rog ally can stand alone with this case. So I dont need the paper stand that come in the box. That feature is the 100 point + for the case. I really like thus case it is a pretty purple and very functional. It has textured grips making it easier to keep hold of your device and fits like a glove. There is no interference with the triggers or bumpers. The screen is not covered at all by the case and it works well with screen protectors. The fingerprint sensor can be a bit tricky to use with the case on, I added a new fingerprint with the case on and that seemed to help. Also it is pretty easy to move the little top part of the case out of the way to scan your fingerprint and then put it back, a little more tricky if your charging. ... show more
