I got these for my ski trips this winter. The glove is much warmer than my old set and seems to retain heat better. There’s elastic band and a strap to help tighten the gloves. The inner layer feels comfortable. The palm of the glove is leather like and provides a good grip. I did a few pull ups with this glove and it grips on securely. Overall a well made glove and I’m pretty excited to use it on the trip. The white camo pattern matches my snow camo jacket. Now I just need new pants and I’ll be invisible. ... show more

It can get down into, and stay in, the 20’s for days at a time where I live. These gloves handle the cold beautifully and even have an adjustable wrist-cinching belt. I have never experienced any problem with sweaty hands, as mentioned by other reviewers. The only downside is that their bulkiness precludes any delicate work being performed. ... show more

    • Doesn't stay warm for long

The gloves were very well made and had a really soft fleece inner lining, but after you remove the gloves and try to put your hands back in, it's noticeably harder to fit them since the fleece gets moist. I bought this glove to use on my trip to Colorado in November which was really cold. It was about -10C which is really cold. But, again this is nowhere near the advertised product description which said -30F or about -35C. I wore the gloves for about 25 minutes and my hands started to feel cold, but to be fair it was very windy that day. They would be good for maybe 1 hour before it starts to feel cold. Again going barehand is much much worst as you could get frostbite and the gloves will protect you from that, but it will definitely feel cold. Overall it's a good buy if you go hiking or walk in the cold. Skiing? No definitely not as there is soo much wind and it will be uncomfortably cold. Overall for the price, it's expected so I'm not giving it less than 4 stars. ... show more

I was really excited about these gloves for deer hunting. Got then, they felt decent but tight (I'm a large, should have ordered a XL. Anyways, sat out in the deer stand and about 20 mins later my hands were frozen. 29degrees out, 4mph wind and these are described as gloves that will keep your Hands warm with negative Temps. Only way to keep these warm was to burn them and I DID!! Really disappointed with these, but the childish satisfaction of burning them made me feel better lol. Burning them was an accident tho, my hands were so cold that I had to turn on my buddy heater and keep them close to the flame, that's how they burned, not intentionally, tho I probably had you believing it was. Not worth the money, but Amazon did deliver on time, so I give em 2 star for on time delivery. ... show more

These clothes were very stylish and warm. I liked the idea of having the fleece lining as well. As I continued on with my day I did notice however that if I were to take my gloves off the fleece would get “stuck” (for lack of a better way to describe it) on my hand and come with my hand out of the glove a bit. And when I went to put it back on it would be a little difficult getting my hand back in as well as a little cold. The sweat from my hands made the fleece cold when I went to put my hand back in which is a testament for their warmth. If I didn’t take the gloves off my hands would have been fine but I also had a hard time using the gloves to unhook things. I also tried using a second pair of gloves to wear within these gloves but wasn’t able to get my hands in with them on. I liked them overall but would have liked them more if my hands didn’t get cold towards the end of the day or when I was just stationary. ... show more
