    • Nice but pricey
First the cons: sandals didn’t arrive in the original Sketchers box, just a plain cardboard box with no information. The sandals aren’t stamped with the size, so I wasn’t sure i was sent the right size. I found a very small hologram label on the bottom of one sandal, and through a lot of sparkling haze, i could read ‘size 9 Brown’. Pros: right size and color, brand new, no blemishes. Extremely cushy insole and very lightweight and comfortable. I’ve worn this type of Sketchers sandals in the past, they don’t last long because they are so lightweight, but i enjoy every moment i have with them, soooo comfy. I ordered the brown because i like the contrast of the natural and the luggage color mix, but they cost $20 more than other colors. Can’t find the brown anywhere else online. I am an average size 9/medium width. The fit is fine in width, but the length just barely makes it. My toes and heels are right to the edges. If you don’t like that look, size up half a size. I’ve only tried them on but here is my initial impression: Rubber bottom sole, comfortable, cushioned inner sole. The straps were soft and giving around the toes and gave no indication of future blisters. I bought size 8M in these sandals. I have average size feet (not narrow or wide) I do have a high arch and there wasn’t any arch support but the toe and heal were cushioned enough that this should not have been a problem for short outings. The sandals fit fine in length and toe box. They are really cute and I really wanted them to work! Unfortunately the second strap over the top of my foot was an inch too big and the 1st strap was 1/2 inch too big. They just hung off too the side. I am going to have to return them. I love sketchers because they are cute and comfortable. I always wear the same size and feel confident ordering online. I require comfortable footwear due to a disability and other comfortable, orthopedic type shoes are really ugly. I really wish the straps fit properly so I could keep them but I was honestly afraid that I would trip if the extra length drooping in a weird loop got caught on anything. ... show more

I bought both a natural tan and a black pair of these wedge sandals. I bought them a bit small because I don't like a lot of shoe at the heal showing when my feet slide down. I usually buy 8, for these I bought 7. The designs on the leather are very nice, the wedge is fake cork, but that's okay. They were less expensive and I can buy more.
