The value on this is stellar! Considering you get an adjusting tool, wheels and bearings, they are good quality at an affordable price. The wheels are smooth for street and vert skating, can tolerate novice/intermediate skills and leisure cruising. The bearings are suitable, although not top of the line. It’s really the combination of all three that gets a 4 star ranking from me. The wheels are large enough to clear most sidewalk anomalies and were easy to install. The wheel change I made on my base skateboard was a huge upgrade. I love the white wheels and the feel as it glides down on the pavement. I appreciate the tool that is added to the set and it will come in handy if I choose to switch out wheels on any of my boards. the bearings are not unified for skating; the ones i got were very inbalanced; i needed to take out the bearings and replace them with some of my spare bearings to make them unified

I've been wanting a couple of backup sets of wheels to switch between street, park and ramp, and really just depending on how I want to skate that particular day. I've most been using these in the park for some technical stuff and it's funny when you realize you're long overdue for some new wheels. I was WELL overdue for a change. The bearings seem to be holding up well, and overall the wheels are stiff, but feel good on the surface. I'm not sure I'd really use these primarily in the street, but you could. I prefer these for vert, and with the added tool (I do have others), you can quickly change these out depending on what you're hitting next. Wheels aren't a one-size-fits-all thing, although plenty of us just make one set work. For the small investment I'd say these are a nice set to have on backup or if you're someone that's changing locations throughout the day and don't mind spending a couple of minutes for a quick change out. I'm glad to have this set in rotation. Oh, and the bearings aren't completed seated into the wheel when they first arrive, so just make sure to get those "pushed" in before mounting. ... show more

I ordered these fomo team Skateboard Wheels 53mm33mm 97A 4PCS Street Wheels with ABEC-9 Bearings with T-Tools Skateboard Replacement Wheels for my husband. The good: The wheels are hard and smooth. Hubby felt they roll great. The bearings are all great. The bad: They're a bit smaller than his other wheels, which makes them more susceptible to getting tripped up on pebbles etc. So he's not likely to use these for riding back and forth to work, but days at the skatepark are going to be perfect with these wheels. 97a wheels give a nice slide on wood but on pavement no thx. Even if you have cushions that are new and NOT plastic the vibrating is just too much for me. I'm a cruiser so I prefer 78a on asphalt & pavement. These come with a tool and installed bearings. They seem like good wheels for a novice for the price size and durmeter. The size is small so you can do tricks and I can't do that yet so I can't speak to how they perform in that regard. ... show more
