Seems well made and sturdy. I compared it to our existing, bit more expensive recorder. Sound matches well. Holes are a bit larger and less straight (3rd finger is quite wonky), so my daughter has to get used to getting the entire hole covered with her tiny fingers - I think it will be fine, but it’s noticeable. This recorder is actually less finicky when it comes to how hard you blow, so that will be easier for young kids. Overall, I’m satisfied.
