Product came as new. I have really dark circles under my eyes and I feel I look like a raccoon. I am of Indian ethnicity and reading the reviews below I wasn’t sure if shade 2 or 3 would work for my skin tone. I picked 3 based whatever information I could find in deciding which I should buy and I am glad i picked shade 3. This is by far the best under eye cover up I've ever used and I've tried a bunch of them. That said, it's also the most expensive, but it lasts a very long time and is worth it. It does not gather in your "laugh lines" and does not have to be reapplied.

I love it, been using it for several years. It's a bit pricy but it's worth it. covers up the dark circles very well and lasts all day. I never use the brush though....
