    • perfect for a single cup of coffee
This is a good looking machine. It uses a minimal footprint and is versatile. The water tanks detachable. I like this feature you can take the tank to the water source or just pouring it into tank by opening the lid. The machine uses K-Cup style coffee capsules. You can get a huge variety of pods on the market to meet your taste and style. You can customize your cup size from 6-14oz. That is nice to fill your cup of preference. Or use a bigger mug and add more water to reduce the strength of the brew. The result of the brew cycle is a nice and hot coffee. The tank is large enough to brew a couple of cups. In addition to the commercial K-Cups the machine comes with a set of reusable K-Cups containers. I love these since I can freshly grind my favorite coffee beans put it into the K-Cup container and the result is amazing. The capacity of the container is limited due to its size. For a stronger or larger coffee the machine comes with a reusable filter which can handle more coffee so you might have good strong coffee even with a 14oz mug. It suppose to make tea as well. Have not tried that since I'm a coffee lover. All parts and filters can be taken out for easy cleaning. You can simply rinse and wash everything by hand. The pieces can go even to the dishwasher. I prefer to wash them by hand to have the machine available for the next run at any time. I have not done a deep cleaning descaling job.     • Very Good Coffee Maker
This machine has several very good qualities...and a few near misses that aren't terribly important to me. We ran water through the machine a couple times, as recommended. The first cup of coffee made was OK...but tasted a bit off. Subsequent cups were much better, and now about 10 cups in, the taste is very good. . I really like the fact that you can use regular K-Cups or add your own coffee grounds to the reusable pods. The K-Cups work great...but the reusable pods are honestly almost as convenient, and you of course save a little money. The instructions didn't say how much coffee grounds to use, but I've had good luck filling them with about 2 tablespoons (which puts coffee just below the top line). Everything is very easy to clean. Honestly having this machine is quite a bit more convenient than using the old style carafe. I would appreciate if the button features were just a little more user friendly. It's slightly odd that the on/off button is lit up when you plug in the unit, but then you have to push the button to activate the option to choose the size of cup. It's also very slightly annoying to have to push the size button repeatedly to move through the sizes. I would also appreciate a message on the machine that states the unit is done brewing/filling, but I suppose these options are only available on more expensive units. (It's also worth noting that the lid must be closed in order to begin making use of the buttons/making your selections.) I will also note that we attempted to brew loose-leaf tea one time. It was decent but pretty weak. It makes sense. Tea really needs to steep for several minutes and this doesn't allow for that. We will likely just use this machine for coffee going forward, and I expect to continue to be very happy we have it. I feel the unit is a very nice value for the price as well. ... show more

    • Better than my Keurig iced coffee maker IMO...
I honestly like this coffee maker better than my 3-in-1 Keurig because it has a much better display and seems to brew stronger and faster. The overall size is almost exactly the same, but I also think this one looks really nice compared to my old Keurig so I would absolutely recommend this!

This coffee machine has a nice digital display. It makes for single cup coffee or tea. It has an adapter for regular pods, then a large basket for ground coffee with space to add any natural flavors like vanilla or cinnamon. The last way to brew is refillable coffee pods that you can fill with ground coffee or loose tea. Thats 4 filters right there. Most coffee makers give the basket for pods and if you want the option of using your coffee you have to buy an adapter pod and hope that it works. This is a value with the adapters . This single-serve coffee machine is a decent appliance, offering 3-in-1 functionality that allows users to utilize pre-packaged coffee pods, reusable pods, or even make tea. As a primarily espresso drinker, I ordered this machine with the intention of using it for brewing tea. However, the tea-making capability of this device is underwhelming, as it merely passes hot water through the tea leaves without allowing for proper steeping, resulting in a subpar tea experience. I should have known better. While disappointing for tea, the machine performs adequately for coffee, making it suitable for guests who prefer traditional drip coffee over espresso. The machine itself is easy to handle, lightweight, and the controls are straightforward and responsive. It comes with helpful accessories to enhance its versatility. I feel like this is one of the best single serve coffee makers on the market. It was a built in water reservoir which is great so that you don't have to fill it up with every single cup of coffee you brew. It has several different size settings and even a clean function. They give you the option to use k cups, reusable pods, or a reusable traditional filter. In additional to all that it looks very sleek.
