Quite disappointed in this sink. Expected something great and was immediately concerned with the package after opening. Both the manufacturer and amazon did a horrible job of packaging and protecting this. As viewed in the picture, there is a large empty space in the box that let this just flop around and get damaged. I had to send the first sink back because almost all corners were bent and there were dents everywhere. To the manufacturer: Consider placing styrofoam all around or some form of shock absorbent. Onto the sink itself, with the new replacement, just lifting it out of the box made the middle tack welds snap off. I was lifting from the sides and not the middle. The welds broke off on both sides and you can feel the sink sagging from its own weight. I decided to go ahead and install it instead of returning it again. Install went smooth. Instead of transferring the old parts over, I got all new components and installed them before dropping this right in. After a few uses, I noticed it was quite a struggle keeping this clean as it would collect water on the sides creating water spots. I might need to look into applying a hydrophobic coating. 1 Star deducted for lack of protective packaging 1 Star deducted for cleaning issue Overall, its a decent sink but the weld tabs breaking so easily definitely deters me from this product. Time will tell if it will begin to have issues from those being broken. ... show more

First off, the quality of this sink seems to be great...the 18 gauge stainless steel is very heavy duty and the design of the sink is fantastic (I love how it looks). In those regards, it looks just like a sink from any of the big box name brands that cost double the price. As far as quality/long term durability is concerned, I can't speak to that since I was not able to install either of the two sinks I ordered (one being the original, the second being a replacement). The first sink I ordered arrived badly damaged. The left hand side of the top flange was completely caved in and badly deformed. It looked like the sink had been either dropped from a tall building or jumped on. It was very poorly packaged. Literally just dropped into a cardboard box loose...no foam, no sealed air, no other protective cardboard. Just rattling around loose in a cardboard box. The second (the replacement) didn't fare much better. It arrived packaged a little better (this time with some foam and cardboard protection), but it was also damaged in transit. The right front part of the flange was badly bent in and nicked, almost as if it were dropped before shipping. Neither of the sinks were salvageable. Thus, I am stuck with one damaged sink I can't use, another I have to take to the UPS Store to return, and still needing a new sink. I went ahead and just bought a new Kohler sink from Home Depot. It was pristine when I took it out of the box. Save yourself a lot of hassle and buy local. At least you can return the sink easily if you need to. ... show more

When we bought our house, it came with a white, ceramic sink. The coating was already peeling a bit on the bottom, so we knew that we were going to replace it. Plus, I hate white sinks. You touch it and it gets a stain or streak that isn't easily removed, and white sinks always look dirty. I have a teenager who's in charge of dishes half the time, so we don't treat our sink with extra loving care. It's a sink. I want it to do a job and clean up nicely after. This is a great price for an excellent, sturdy, roomy sink. We grabbed a new faucet and sprayer in black that was on sale, as well as new plumbing fittings, glue, all that, and spent about 300 bucks total for a brand-new sink, brand new faucet with pull down head, all the fittings, all the sealants, all the little bits. My husband had it installed in about two hours, because he had to run to the store to grab some different sealant. We also discovered, once we'd pulled our old sink out, that one of the water lines was damp rotted through and about to pop off the back of the sink. So, this sink really saved the day, lol. He did have to widen the hole in our counter, but it was otherwise a super easy installation. It looks amazing in our kitchen. I didn't realize how gross the white sink was until we got it out and this one in. This sink seems sturdy enough to last for a good long while and it also seems a bit deeper than our last sink. I'm super happy with this. Much more low profile, so my dish drainer drains right into it. I'd buy this again in a heartbeat. ... show more

The stuff they send do not fit in the sink itself so had to buy more. I called to tell them and they want you to mail the whole sink back and they will then send the whole thing back. Worst buy I've ever bought.
