  • The Simply Ponds 4000 Water Garden Kit includes: 16" Waterfall Filter, Amazing Ponds Skimmer 4000 with 8" Door, Aqua Pulse 4,000 GPH Pump, 20 ft. x 25 ft. 45-Mil EPDM LifeGuard Pond Liner, 500 sqft. of UnderGuard Geotextile Underlayment, 1-Watt Mini Bronze Spot Light, 1.5" x 25' Kink Free Tubing, Waterfall Foam to seal gaps between rocks - 16oz. can, Pond Starter to start biological filtration.
  • LifeGuard Pond Liner is durable. Underlayment adds protection from rocks and punctures underneath the pond liner. Aqua Pulse pump has an energy efficient variable speed motor. Skimmer has filter mats and a leaf basket to clean floating debris. Waterfall has a filter mat for biological filtration and a 16" planting tray. Pond lighting has energy efficient LED technology. Waterfall foam is used to seal gaps in rocks in the stream and waterfall. Pond Starter to start biological filtration.

Everything is working and well matched components. Since, I ordered a UV light to keep the algae down, directly from Half Off Ponds. There was a mix up and my shipment was missing some parts. I emailed and within an hour, they emailed me back to correct the problem. I am getting my original purchased light kit sent, plus I get to keep the replacement bulb I got in the first shipment. Love this kit. Made installing my pond with much less headache!!! The waterfall attachment was broken during shipment but they replaced before I was ready to install it!!!

I’ve installed a pond previously, Using all the same components. I am extremely disappointed in what I received in my package. Missing parts, missing accessories, and missing instructions. I now have a huge pond with unidentifiable leaks

    • Will not honor pump warranty

Prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for. I purchased this kit 8/19 and the pump failed 7/20. It has a 2 yr warranty and Half off is not honoring the warranty . I have emailed them 10 times and get different questions and responses from different people. Now they refuse to email their questions or responses and even give me the name of the "warrantees manager" who is supposed to be "helping me". He will only call me , which I specifically asked NOT to be called but to use the same method of communication as i have since day 1. Now they are ignoring me! Not smart! ... show more
