They put these on our newborn at the hospital and I had to order some for at home. They are perfect for night time diaper changes. It is a bit big for my girl at 1 month old but she’ll grow into it yet. Long enough to cover legs when she’s stretched out. Cute, good quality material. It is not thick so baby can still be swaddled and not get too hot (depending on heat in your house). Purchased this for my 1 month old who is a little under 8 pounds and about 20 inches long. I was looking for an alternative to swaddling her at night that would make it easier to check and change her diaper without having to unwrap then rewrap the swaddle, sometimes wasting time because the diaper wasnt even dirty to begin with. They fit well, a little long but that's the point. The elastic at the bottom is tight but not too tight, she can push her own feet in and out with some effort. They are a bit tough to get on and off, the material feels stiff to me which I think makes it harder to slide over her head and to get her arms through. The tighter elastic on the bottom also tends to make it harder to slide it up when checking/changing a diaper . Especially half asleep at night in the dark I tend to not make sure I pull it up high enough in the back because I feel like you really have to manhandle the baby to pull it up in the back and I've had a few times where I've gotten the gown dirty and needed to change it which is very annoying. I do like that it has the built in hand coverings in the sleeves, it's cute, and it is definitely easier to check the diaper status at night than using the swaddle. She appears to sleep just as well in the gown as the swaddle, but she always preferred having her hands out of the swaddle anyway. ... show more

I love these little sleep sacks. Easy to change there diaper and covers them completely. It grows with your baby and it has hand cover so they don't get cold or scratch their face. I will always buy a bunch of these when I have a baby
