If you have a preemie in the NICU, buy these! All their sensor cords can come out the bottom and their feet actually stay tucked in. I liked these 50 years ago for my babies. Easy to change diapers. Nice and soft. As the babies graduated to crawling these could be pulled up around waist so they wouldn't just crawl inside and up to their chin. My babies kept wearing as nightgowns until the shoulders were too small.
