I work outside everyday and wear thermals everyday. They are not the best but will work for those cold but not frigid days. The biggest complaint would be the wrist and ankles openings are way to big and do not keep the cold air from entering. Size wise I purchased 1X and 2x. I am 5'-10" and weigh 200 pounds. I have a 44" chest and 38" waist and the 1X is the better fit. The top is just snug and the bottoms are a little large. 2X would fit someone much larger. ... show more
