  • This product really works.
I have some tennis elbow in my left arm. I do work a lot and this product helps a lot to relieve all of the elbow pain while I’m working. At the end of the day my pain level is greatly relieved.

  • It helped my tennis elbow.
I wore the brace for 3 months it took of my issue. It feels good on my arms having the gel. I have had a different model it the past and it was not as comfortable. The only bad thing is it does stretch after a month or so. I would recommend this brace.

  • Works fine if properly placed. No risk trying it as the customer service is excellent.
I have been struggling with forearm pains since I have started doing pull-ups. It feels like a golfer elbow syndrome. So I went on searching for anything susceptible to help apart from taking pain killers. Some people advised me to use patches, heat patches or patches with menthol or other medicine but it did not really help. I am now currently testing the Simien Tennis Elbow brace and a copper sleeve to see if they can help. Here is what I now think of the Simien Tennis Elbow brace: What I like: - It works. You need to place the cushioned pad exactly where you feel the pain and it reduces the pain a lot and make the pull-ups feasible. - It is very well build. The Velcro are holding very well and do not seem to attract any lint or dust. - It is one size fits all because you can adjust it with the provided straps. - Excellent customer support. The owner will contact every buyer individually to send him the link (pdf file) on how to use the product but will also reply very quickly to any question/complaint. He even offered me a refund that I declined in view of a few of my comments. What I like much less: - It is not cheap. Granted that there are two provided and even a bonus wrist band for the sweat but the end result is still about twice the price of most competitors. When contacted, the company replied to this criticism that there was 100% refund in case of no satisfaction. I do believe them. - The French explanations in the back of the box are gibberish. Again, the owner apologized for the mistake from their part and told me that the French comment is going to be removed from the next batch. The decision was made before my criticism. - Because of its size and conception, one can only address either the Tennis or the Golfer Elbow pains. I tried to attach the two pads together but then it becomes too large for my forearm. If you are suffering from both pains in the same time, this may not work for you. On the other hand, it is rarely that the pain is suffered in the same time so you may be able to move the brace for different type of efforts. - Somehow bulky, it is a bit hard to wear under your sleeves and it may shift when you take your top off or put it on. In conclusion, I started with a doubt about the efficiency of the system and decided to try the copper sleeve instead. I find that both are somehow complementary. The brace, if correctly placed works in relieving the pain instantaneously during the workout but is not convenient to wear on every day basis. The sleeve helps recovering from the workouts but does not alleviate the pain as efficiently as the brace does. In the same time, you can wear it all the time. So you should go ahead and purchase the Elbow braces. If it does not work for you, you can be sure that you will be refunded. ... show more

  • It works!
I have been suffering from tennis elbow for around 6 months. I wanted to try this before seeing a doctor. I can't believe how well it's worked in just 2 weeks time. You have to work to find the sweet spot -- where it needs to be placed and how tightly. I used the small velcro band and it stayed firmly in place and didn't slide. I wore it night and day and now I am almost pain free. Well worth the money! ... show more

  • I've tried 'em all...
Hello ! It's not often that someone asks for my opinion like in this case but thanks for asking ! I don't play tennis or golf. I'm 48, work with my hands, I'm an avid archer and throw the ball for my relentless Jack Russell terrier every day. In the last two and a half years I have been trying to deal with chronic pain in my right elbow. I've tried OTC medicine, ice packs , hot patches, cortisone injections and at least two of every elbow strap device made by Ace Co. sold at Walgreens which I eventually destroyed. Abstaining from archery and throwing ball with my left hand didn't keep the pain away 100%. I believe it also comes from holding a phone to my ear for long periods and sleeping in the fetal position for hours because I notice stiffness some mornings and after talking to my brother. Haha! Your product is almost identical to the LW brand sold by Amazon. So far the LW is my favorite because it is comfortable all day and doesn't irritate my skin. I put it on before work, throwing ball (500 + - times a week) and archery. By the way it's not pulling the string back it's the jerking of the long half buried arrows from the targets that makes me feel the pain. Anyway, I'm on my second set of LW s and have bought a set for another coworker who now wears one every day and always thanks me for the remedy. I work in the trades. Many people ask why I wear the band. Most have the same problem. One took my advice. The biggest problem with LWs and why I tried yours is because my arms are long but not large. The smallest Velcro strap adjustment causes the straps to overlap which means a poor grip and eventually making a fist pops it loose. Also with overlap, pulling on jackets separates the Velcro, makes it curl and clog with lint. Recently a new LW that I purchased had stitching that failed. Rather than try to return it, I sewed it with floss. I needed more new bands and saw yours. They fit better as I had hoped! When secured there is a half of an inch between the ends of the adjustment straps. The rest of the material feels like an LW just in a better size for me and they cost more. I think the outer band material is cut a tiny bit wider too. I take the band off when I get in my car after work and pretty much have learned how to prevent the pain in the first place. I take prescription anti-inflamitories maybe once or twice a month if it starts acting up but it's rare. I hope that was helpful. If you would like to send me some samples I can spread them around and try to help some friends and get you more feedback.... Maybe.... Only they can put it on . Mike ... show more
