Not only did the product meet my expectations, but the customer service was excellent. I accidently ordered seat risers that automatically come with the product. Rather than charge away and send me what I didn't need, I got an email explaining the situation and notifying me that they would cancel the order for me and refund to Amazon. Product assembly takes some time and ergonomic adjustments, but once it's nailed in the rig is very sturdy and supports mounting for my pedals, hotas, and collective stick. I may even add a control panel! I recommend this for anyone that desires an 'open canopy, home-build' cockpit for flight/space simulators.
