I ordered these Christmas balls last year (2021) (2 pkgs) one of the packages had a few bulbs that came without string to hang on the tree and a few of them were broke. I did contact the company with no response from the company. This year I ordered one more package and hopes that it would be better than last year but no surprise it was no better 1 of the bobs was dented they were all outside of the Box that they were missing I sent pictures and emails yesterday Still no response. Honestly warn me that this was a clearance of a random selection; therefore, I should expect some not so perfect items. The ornaments were packaged nicely. They were very durable and looked very nice. They don’t look cheap. My only complaint is that there were seam issues on the metallic bulbs . You could see where the were put together on the seam. It wasn’t a big enough issue for me to return for another set because once on the tree it wasn’t noticeable. I got a lot of compliments on the bulbs. The first part of my review is for a purchase I made in 2020. I purchased the product again in November 2021 and the quality of the product was not the same so I reduced my previous 4 stars to 3 stars. If I could give it 2 1/2 stars I would. The second time I got bulbs with dents in them and the color was not like the picture. I got the Iris Purple color the second time and only the sparkle bulbs had the color like the picture. I know sometimes you can’t capture color in a picture. But the picture shows all of the bulbs with a clear distinct purple color. The only ones that had a true distinct purple color were the glitter ones. The others had some purple and the other ones looked more silver with a hint of purple. ... show more

Not at all what I expected, the balls were made of cheap plastic, and one of them broke off the little attachment to hang on the tree, overall, I found it to be cheap material for the cost. They did look okay on the tree, with that being said, if you don’t care about the quality, go for it.
