This is for size C cotton fill. This is the third breastplate I've tried. The first two have the full neck, which I found difficult to blend in with my skin, as well as irritating when trying to sleep. I love the round collar on this breastplate. It's easier to put on and take off, and much more comfortable to wear IMO. I guess it depends on what clothing you plan to wear with it. The forms are perky and show through just about any clothing without the assistance of a bra. I've tried both the silicone gel as well as this cotton fill, and personally prefer the silicone gel as the weight and bounce feel more realistic. The cotton fill is great if look is your only concern, but touching the form gives a hollow sound sometimes (don't want someone else to hear that!). I've been trying the breastplates so that I don't have to wear a bra to hold individual forms when sleeping. In my opinion, the breastplate forms are too rounded up top and need more tapering, i.e. a pear-shaped form. The skin on this breastplate is thicker than one of the others I have. I do have one that is the same thickness as this, but it tore when removing it after a couple of uses, so hopefully that doesn't happen with this one also. Don't be in a hurry to remove it and take your time. I'm afraid I may be allergic to the material used to make breastplates in general (latex?). All three have left red marks on my chest and back after wearing them just a few hours. I actually took this latest one off after four hours because I could feel a sore spot on my back. The redness goes away after a while. I'll give it another try with baby powder to see if that helps. I've never had this kind of reaction when wearing individual forms. The other thing about this breastplate (and the others) is that the back side of the forms are flat instead of concave. This makes it uncomfortable to wear since it doesn't fit against the chest as well. Individual forms have concave backing for better fit. I've tried a few of these out and this is the only one where the breasts sit in a more natural position. They don't quite get to where I want them to be but they're definitely closer. I very much like how this one doesn't cover up over the neck. Others I've had felt like they were almost choking me. These are far far far more comfortable to wear and easier to get on. I absolutely love the size of them but, it would be nicer if they were a bit heavier. Just so they had the feel of real breasts. I just can't seem to find the perfect pair. Probably because they don't exist. I still very much like these just for the fact that they have more of a relaxed fit. They're not at all tight where my shoulders meet my chest. They're quite well made and they have a fairly realistic feel when you touch them. The silicone does seems quite durable to me. It would be nice, however, if maybe there were an option to fill them with heavier material. I'm not sure how they might be made in a way that one could swap out the material on the inside but, it would sure be awesome if it were possible. ... show more

I wasn't sure what to expect with this breastplate but I was very surprised by the quality and texture. The plate comes neatly packaged in it's own bag and box. The box is pretty cute and has some positive messaging. Although the packaging is pretty discrete, the barcode clearly lists "crossdressing cotton-filled" on the packaging, although it's in small print. The plate itself is of superior quality. For all intensive purpose, they feel as real as they're gonna get. The cut on the chest is low so you'll likely need to cover the top of the plate. I'm on the heavier side, 5'9 240 pounds and found the size-G plate worked best for me. The texture of the silicone is very soft and it doesn't feel too hot when wearing. I would definitely recommend this as a beginner plate. It has a superior quality and is at a very affordable price-point. ... show more
