I go to gym regularly. This AB crunch has additional aid to build up my ab muscles and strengthen my exercises when I am home. The device has some scratches on the black paint and still functional. I love everything about this. It just arrived here today which was early by the way, and I couldn’t wait to take it out of the box and try it. Came with an exercise poster that has a total of 21 different workouts you can do with it. It also came with a video disc and has stretch bands that you can attached to it. If you are having hard time doing crunches this is for you! It will definetely support you while doing crunches and it's very convenient that it has levels of support so you can actually graduate to doing crunches all by yourself! The zero level also make it flat so it becomes really easy to store. Is it the most durable, heavy duty equipment to buy? No. But it's definitely durable enough to train you to do the crunches by yourself so it is efficient and not pricey. I will give this 5 stars because it's not expensive and helped me to start doing crunches from zero training. ... show more
