I was quite surprised at the sturdiness and how conpact it was. Came assembled just add the resistance loops for an all body workout. I can slide it under my couch when not in use, lightweight so I don't have to struggle with it. Had multiple shoulder surgeries so I use it to do my PT but it gives a nice easy all around workout. The overall product seems to okay it was easy to assemble and worked okay when I used it. I like the compact size and the storage ability. However, the product DVD was broken, so it is not usable.

I've been purchasing stuff from Amazon for YEARS. I think this is one of the VERY few reviews I've written. This Ab Crunch Total Body Workout is a TOTAL GAME CHANGER! I am 49 years old and have never been much into fitness however now that I'm getting older, I really want to take better care of myself. I started using this ab cruncher everyday for 20 minutes and wow, I am feeling a difference. You literally can work out EVERY PART OF YOUR BODY! In fact, I also purchased a stair stepper and am planning to return it because I don't need it. If you are considering purchasing this, do it. Decided I’d finally watch this video to see if I’d like to do this workout. Unfortunately, video doesn’t work. Makes me wonder if they are trying to force you to their website to buy more things. I’ve already purchased the device, the video should work!!!

If you are having hard time doing crunches this is for you! It will definetely support you while doing crunches and it's very convenient that it has levels of support so you can actually graduate to doing crunches all by yourself! The zero level also make it flat so it becomes really easy to store. Is it the most durable, heavy duty equipment to buy? No. But it's definitely durable enough to train you to do the crunches by yourself so it is efficient and not pricey. I will give this 5 stars because it's not expensive and helped me to start doing crunches from zero training. ... show more
