The shipping box was in terrible quality when it arrived, thankfully the couch wasn’t damged. It went together pretty easily and once it was set up it was perfect. The couch is beautiful. It is a true, zero wall recliner and far better than the wall hugger sectional I bought seven years ago. You only need about 2 inches clearance. It’s heavy, well-made and looks amazing. You can lie completely flat with your feet up or just sit upright with the legs raised, either way. Although not a lot of pieces to assemble, we were a bit clueless at first. No actual assembly instructions would be my only complaint. I paid a little more for this one for the zero wall feature, although it was still less expensive than many others. We love it, you will not be disappointed. ... show more

The delivery of this couch was good but the box it came in looked horrible and so damaged. I opened it and the couch had 2 years in it. I would not order furniture from Amazon again bc of this.

We have purchased a set that included 1 sofa, one loveseat and one rocking chair. The leather started peeling and falling apart after about a year and a half. Within two years all three had the the same issue. We ended up tossing them away and purchasing a different set. Do not buy Ashley's products that use the same faux leather, it is not durable. Or if you buy it, at least get a 5 year replacement plan. When we got our set the plan was not available through Amazon resulting in a loss of nearly $3000. ... show more
