We did use carabiners to hang them from my purse and my husband's belt when they were wet. I purchased 2 of these. Firstly, it barely covers me (5'4 200 lbs) and usually I come indoors half wet. Secondly, one of them broke a bit and the other one got a bit rusty. This is after 3 months of usage. Overall an ok product. Would purchase again for the price - but this time for my child ... or for myself if I lose a lot of weight ;) ... show more

A huge wind gust broke the umbrella at the beginning of May. The umbrella has a lifetime warranty, so I contacted their customer service through Amazon.
