This chair is a stunner. It took a bit of time and effort to put it together… No tools required ( though I did use a hammer with a towel underneath to get the last piece to snap in). 12 pieces plus the leather seat takes a bit of time and effort but wow, does it pay off. They’re very beautiful. Comfy too, though I find them even more comfortable with a pillow at the back. I bought two and I’m keeping them both as a chair in each bedroom. The media could not be loaded. I bought this chair for my son’s preteen room transformation. Although it’s a beautiful chair it is NOT COMFORTABLE at all! I’m 5’1” and it doesn’t fit me well at all. I will keep the chair as it looks beautiful in the space. The leather will soften over time but straight out the box it’s super stiff. My son hasn’t used it yet but I’m sure he will say it’s uncomfortable as well. The assembly was easy so no problems there. I think the instructions were the best I’ve utilized in the past few weeks from all my orders. I mean it doesn’t take rocket science to figure out how to assemble this chair, but it’s nice to have instructions that are easily digestible. I like the look Of the chair but the quality isn’t great. The powder coating on the leg was scrapping off trying to fit the pieces together so I’m sure in time what’s going to peel and scratch.     • Failed after 2 years of light use
Metal frame just broke at a welding point while sitting in it. We've owned this for 2 years and only use these are extra seating, so it likely would have broken earlier if we used it daily. Do not recommend.

    • I am self assembly-challenged...and I put this chair together easy peesy.
The media could not be loaded. The chair itself: Honestly, I loved the look of the chair online but I wasn't totally convinced I'd like it once I got it. Now that it's here and assembled, I absolutely ve it. Our apartment living room is tiny and we have a bulkier couch so any chair we put in that naked corner needed to be refined yet warm and not make the LR look smaller. This chair nails it and now my LR look, furniture wise, is complete. The leather fels great and it's real leather. It's beautiful. It's like some old timey leather pelt. The mixture of fabric, shapes, finishes and textures really balances the space. Highly recommend this chair. Packaging: it took me almost 20 mins to get the darn thing out of the packaging. It was after work and maybe I was too tired but trust me, that's not a complaint. It comes very well protected and packaged. ... show more
