I rarely, if ever, take baths, preferring showers. I have tried numerous different shower scent products and for the most part have been disappointed. I almost did not buy this one because I didn't want to waste money on another product that made promises it didn't deliver. This brand is by far the best I've used and I'm happy to report it does deliver on every promise. The scent is strong - especially when you steam up the shower space according to the instructions. It also has some ingredient that helps open and clear the sinuses. I subsequently purchased the lavender and citrus scents and am just as pleased with those though the citrus is my least favorite of the three. I get two showers out of each block as long as I keep them out of the main flow of water (as the instructions indicate). I find this product to be well worth the money, especially compared to what I have paid for others that don't perform nearly as well. Ever since I was in labor almost 2 years ago I have loved the smell of lavender. I was literally obsessed with smelling lavender while in labor because it calmed me so much. So when I came across these lavender shower steamers I knew I needed to try them! They were the bomb and made me feel so relaxed. I really enjoy Breathe bc I love to breathe lol. As a professional singer it's really important to warm up and my favorite way is to do my vocal exercises in the shower. When I use these with it everything feels cozy and clear. I have loved using these this past week. The smell is refreshing and pleasant! By placing it on the side of the shower and not in the direct stream, I was able to get one of the tablets to last two showers. It was a super refreshing way to start my day and help me relax.

I only take showers now and I love the scent of lavender. I thought these might be a nice substitute for the pampered feeling I got with a tub bath. Tonight I used one for the first time. I dampened it to release the fragrance, placed it in a corner away from direct spray, and turned on the water. The smell of lavender mixed with rosemary is very pleasant but by the time I finished showering (which didn't take long), the cube was almost completely gone. If you expect one of these to last through several showers, you will be disappointed. Otherwise, they are great. Update: The cubes are so fragile they disintegrated in the bag.
