The finished product works well however, when I had put together 19 of the 20 shoe slots, I was left with 2 of the same pieces instead of 1 of each. I haven't found a way to contact the seller to ask for them to send me 1 or 2 of the other pieces, so I can only use 19 instead of the 20 I wanted. Very disappointing. No instructions. Super annoying to put together. The only reason I was able to put them together is because a very kind person gave a review with some tips. I had already spent 10min frustratingly trying to get them to line up and snap together, but they just would not!! If I didn’t have that tip from the other review these would have gone back for sure. Even once they’re together they’re super cheap plastic, and they don’t really work for my husband’s shoes; they’re too big and stick out too much. Not a great product. ... show more

Update to earlier - have them all in my closet now and they are wonderful! They were super easy to assemble - just do one side at a time and line up the little slots and click. Then do the other side, and push in the middle part so you can adjust your height, and you have so much more space in your closet now!! ... show more

Hassle to assemble each piece because the edges that need to fit together take a significant amount of effort to push through. This allows me to properly visualize my shoes and avoids dirty shoe soles from messing up other shoes. As you can see from the pictures, they fit my women's size 9 shoes (sneakers and heels) well and also my husband's size 11 shoes. They do not fit boots very well but I think it's worth it to have since I only wear boots for a small portion of the year anyway. After the winter, I put them in under bed storage.
