    • Very tight fit
I've come to expect a very tight fit from Shock Absorber. I've had one other Shock Absorber bra and there is definitely no bounce, or room to bounce, due to the very snug fit of this bra. It isn't the most comfortable but does the job.

I recieved this bra in the mail yesterday. I've been so excited to run off the post pregnancy weight but due to breastfeeding, it's been hard to find a bra to fit a 34F. Since then I have found I am actually a 34G but I had already ordered a 34E due to the sizing charts I found on another website that sells this bra(UK sizing is a bit different). This bra fits a little snug. I'm not sure if the bigger size(34F) will support better but I am going to go on a run in the 34E just to see if that changes anything about the snugness. They still bounce a bit (I did a few laps back and forth down the hall), but what really works for me is that it DOES NOT HURT to run!!!! I had stopped running for a while because I could not find a bra with good enough support, but now I am excited to go running again. I will update this review after a couple runs. I gave this bra 4 stars because the extra snap on the top is a bit if a pain to snap together. I had to get help to snap it but I'm sure I can get used to it. It is worth it to me for the support I get. UPDATE: 2/3/2012 The fit starts out pretty snug. Snug fit is very noticeable if you are not exercising while wearing it. After a few uses and washes, it loosens up a little bit, but not a lot so the support is still there. I have worn it enough to be comfortable enough to wear throughout the day. I run in this and don't even think about my breasts bouncing around. They still bounce a bit of course, but it is not bothersome at all. The shoulder straps are adjustable, but not the same way a regular bra is. There are more than enough slots(shown the the back view, I could not post my own pics for some reason) to adjust to your liking and they will not move. The material all around is very durable. I do wish I had a bigger size up but I did not want to go through the process of sending this back to the UK so I decided to just suck it up. Because of this, the girls are a pushed together a bit more than I would like(impossible to get rid of cleavage.) But overall, I am happy with my purchase. The clips in the back are no longer a problem for me to snap together either. ALSO, you should check out the UK website for this sports bra. Just google 'Shock Absorber sports bra'. There is an interesting demo for how this bra works. One last thing to add: There is no cups lining this bra so if your nipples decide to poke out, there really isn't any hiding them. But I was willing to overlook that since it is hard enough to find good support in my size. ... show more

I always have a hard time finding sports bras with the right support. In a 34 G so it's not easy and the ones that do work are supper expensive. This one works very well at a fraction of the cost.
