I half expected that I'd have to return these when I ordered them, because I'm a 34 C 1/2 bra and am mature so I no longer have the perky upstanding breasts and I look sloppy without a bra. I thought these would just be too flimsy to give any support at all, so I was pleasantly surprised after trying one on that they're kind of perfect. (I ordered size medium.) These are soft and comfortable bra and give me just enough support and shape so I can wear a sundress or lounging dress in public without having tacky bra straps showing. The straps are all fabric so if they show under a spaghetti strap dress or top, they don't look tacky as if your underwear is sticking out. The cup fabric gives more support than plain cotton. I wouldn't say they're uplifting but they do prevent sagging. They're perfect for my needs and these colors are neutral enough to go under lots of stuff in my wardrobe. Very comfortable and soft, great for hot humid days, the next best thing to not wearing a bra at all. I would only wash them gently by hand to preserve whatever stretch they have in them. A great buy and I'm glad Hanes continues to make comfortable inexpensive but decent quality items like this. I'm attaching photos to show front and back. I love these bralettes. They’re cotton, breathable, and perfect for lounging in comfy at-home clothes. The band is just right—not too tight, but stretchy enough to stay in place without feeling constricting. The fabric is soft, too, which is great because my skin can be pretty sensitive. My favorite is the grey, white, and dark grey pack because I like the variety, but I’m already eyeing the black pack for my next purchase. The main reason I got these is that I wanted something comfortable with a bit of support without having to wear a bra all the time. They’re perfect for wearing under T-shirts and even help with that awkward “dew drop” silhouette when you’re just wearing a shirt (you know what I mean). I have a similar set of bralettes from Fruit of the Loom that I've had for years - I like them, but I decided to try this set from Hanes, in part because I liked the colors better. The colors are really nice, just as pictured. The bralettes are super-soft, softer than my FOTL ones (but maybe just because the are newer?). They fit as expected and don't seem to roll over at the bottom seam like my older ones. They are lined in the front, but of course don't conceal nipples and don't provide much support - the latter is fine with me, although I do wish there was a bit more coverage for the former.
