Our snowboard impact shorts provide you with all-round protection. More zones can make you more flexible and confident when doing difficult movements. And all pads are equipped with ventilation holes to ensure good ventilation and heat dissipation.
  • FOCUSED TAILBONE PROTECTION: These impact-resistant snowboard shorts are equipped with three tailbone pads. Includes A (RZ-LABs orange pads, 1/2" thick, CE Level 2), B (black rigid-flex pads, 1/2" thick), C (soft black pads, 1/3" thick ). You can use as suggested in the third picture, or choose other suitable combinations.
  • ALL PADS ARE REMOVABLE: 11 removal holes are set inside the shorts. Each pad is removable. If you are an advanced player, you can remove the unnecessary pads according to your usage habits.
  • CLEANING TIPS: Remove all pads before cleaning the snowboard butt pads. The shorts with pads removed are machine washable and do not tumble dry.

These padded shorts are great for the tailbone area..They have average padding along the legs and are easy to move and bend in she said. This product is marketed to protect against falls, yet it directs all the impact onto the tailbone. I’ve taken pretty severe falls in the past and have not experienced an injury as severe as the one this product incited. I wore this while snowboarding and a minor fall (that normally wouldn’t hurt without any protection) caused a contusion to my tailbone. This product is dangerous and can result in serious injury. Very well made. This has the most coverage of any pad I’ve ever worn. The pads are multi-layered to minimize impact.I tried wrestling wearing these pads and felt no pain. Your buttocks will thank you.

These are great! Comfortable and confident inspiring. The pads are thick and dense with good coverage. I feel good about these protecting me in a fall. Freedom of movement! Despite having large protective pads you don't notice them when wearing the shorts. And the fabric is so stretchy that I can run, jump, etc without feeling restricted. This is what really sets these shorts apart. I read one review that said because the butt pad is so thick it will cause more injury. I considered this when I tried them on, but I think that is absurd. The large triangle pad on your tailbone is wide enough to distribute the impact across your glutes, and the pads next to it are close enough to take the impact as well. You can also add or remove pads from the rear to increase or decrease the thickness. This section comes with a standard thick pad and a denser orange pad pre-installed with an extra thicker pad included in the package as an option. Quality control issues. I deducted 1 star because the first pair I got was missing a pad from one of the pockets. Amazon handled the return fast, but it was still an inconvenience and annoyance. ... show more
