We purchased this cover to replace the original that came with frame. The original only lasted two years so we decided to upgrade to the heavy duty that is guaranteed for 10 years. We are very pleased with the quality of this cover. We had to wait a little longer and had to reorder because it wasn’t available within the 30 day window. I contacted the company because the price had gone up and they honored the original sale price which saved us $50.00. They were also very professional and knew exactly what I needed and returned my phone calls. I definitely would order from them again. This has started to come apart in the corners less than one month old. The door is glued and the bottom bar is falling out. This will not last, save your money

I was little concerned about this the cost and time, but it is very nice fit perfect, it's heavy but they have it packed so that it was not bad to install hope it last as long as they say, seems very well made so time will tell

Original cover lasted 3 years have very high winds held up great to them the replacement lasted 1yr 1/2. Again held up great to the wind along with wind have full sun all day the uv rays turned replacement into powder basically. Need something to protect it from the suns rays. Besides that I do like the product fo withstanding strong winds. UPDATE next replacement lasted 8 months seem ripped end to end along the peak. And the replacement cost almost doubled from $389 to 699 or upgrade to thicker cover for $1550 bought it all new for 800. What's one to do. Taking a star away. Still like the product. My new cover looks good and I am hoping it last for 10 years. The original 1 years warranty lasted about 1 1/2 years. I was able to install it by myself with a lot of struggle. I was hoping to have two others help me, but they were not available when I was ready to do it. My frame has added corner bracing and 6' high wood frame at rear. It is anchored to PT 2x4s on concrete piers. I have pavers for my floor. ... show more
