I wish I would have bought sooner. I have 2 dogs an Australian Shepherd and a Sheepadoodle. In the past, I would have struggled to wash them in the bathtub. This is truly, hands down, a back saver. I love this dog bath, so much better than leaning over a tub, my back is much happier. That being said there are a few issues. 1) it looked like the package had been to China and back multiple times, thankfully there wasn't anything missing or damaged. 2) some of the welds on one of the pieces were not complete, this doesn't seem to affect the sturdiness of the bath. One of my dogs is 75 lbs and this bath supports him just fine, but I don't know if I would trust it to hold a dog much bigger than this. I emailed the company and asked them to replace the defective part and they told me the best they could do was a 10% refund, not ideal, but I don't have thousands of dollars to spend on a higher quality tub, so returning this one wasn't an option. 3) as others have stated the instructions suck, but if you are reasonably intelligent you'll be able to figure it out with little to no problem. 4) the 10% refund took nearly 2 months, but if you have a problem I do beleive this company will work with you and at least try to resolve it, just be aware you might have to remind them a few times. Things I do like about the product: 1)It's a good size for my dogs and the perfect hight for me. 2) it's fairly light weight, I'm able to pick it up and carry it when fully assembled. 3) it seems to be sturdy, I check all the bolts before each use and have to re-tighten as needed, but I'm not worried it's going to collapse. That being said my dogs are well behaved for baths, if your dog tends to jump around (especially large breeds) I don't think this product would hold up very long. 4) I was pleasantly surprised that the arm and noose seem sturdy, but again my dogs don't put up much of a fuss, that being said the arm and noose are strong enough to keep them still when they get wiggly. Over all if you want an elevated dog bath and don't want to build something or spend a couple thousand dollars then I would recommend this product. Before buying this I was driving both my dogs 30 minutes to tractor supply and paying $10 each to bath them plus gas. So in 4 uses it has already paid for itself. Plus I don't have to deal with the other customers and their dogs, other people's messes, or worry about my dogs catching something. ... show more

Our little one may not have much fur to him but bath time was a struggle without a bathtub in the house, this is perfect for us as it allow to give him a bath safely without being bent on the floor. The feet adjust so it can be set stable on any surface, and particularly on the shower floor that is purposely not flat. It is big enough for having plenty of room to grow, though for this use you will need a big shower. The floor is not too slippery so the little one does not slip even when he stands. It does require the attention of an adult obviously as eventually he will try to climb out. ... show more

It takes 8 bolts to assemble and disassemble which was kind of annoying. Worked for my 45 lb husky mix and 18 lbs of foster puppy. The little drain had a hard time keeping up with the fur, though. I didn't have to use the overhead arm, and both dogs were very good for bath time. It is sturdy enough and the nuts you screw into are attached to the frame structure itself so you at least don't have to keep track of those. I still like the design. I just wish it was easier to put up and take down. ... show more

Pros: pretty sturdy, but my dog is still just a puppy. Holds water well. Easy to drain and wipe up. Great that I don’t have to bend over. Cons: it’s not really foldable. Like I said in the title, you literally have to disassemble it to fold the tub and legs. The support bars have to be unscrewed to fold it up. A full grooming would be difficult to do because the walls of the tub is in the way. If you’re short like me, you’ll need a small stool to stand on. Without the stool, the top of the tub is almost at my arm pits. (I know, short people problem.) Overall, it’s a decent product. We’ve had to sacrifice one of our bathrooms for this because it’s just to big and bulky to take it out and store it after his bath. It’s also heavy, so getting it in and out of the shower and bathroom isn’t that easy. ... show more

Honestly I was skeptical being that it wasn’t hard plastic/metal entirely. But it works great. Took probably 20 minutes or so to put together but I’ve used it now 5 times with dogs ranging from 17lbs-58lbs. Only thing I’d change if I was the manufacturer is putting the drain in the middle of the tub. But if you put the front feet a little higher than the back, it drains really well. Def 5 stars so far, and would buy again if I needed to. ... show more
