It doesn't lather as well as a liquid soap so don't expect it too but it lathers very well. This bar of soap is large and luxurious, which is great because I love it. It foams nicely and smells amazing. Med/ Light earthy & natural scent, not perfumed. Doesn't dry my sensitive skin out. Also is a great gift w/ a scrubby towel or lotion.

I have only used this soap for about 5 or 6 showers, so not giving it 5 stars, yet. I haven't been able to determine how much the moisture content is effecting my skin. I love the way my skin feels after use; it feels quite moisturized however I am not particularly fond of what I assume is the avocado seed pieces. They’re non-irritating but quite noticeable on the shower floor after showers. Overall, I am pleased with the soaps.
