    • Great LOUD Alarm Clock but use FRESH batteries
After 7 years, I finally got my dream job. I have been late for work one time in the last 5 years however, unlike my last job the first year at my new company if I am one minute late, I am terminated. You can see how important a reliable LOUD alarm clock would be especially because I am constantly switching from day shift to night shift so there is zero sleep pattern. While I still have my iPhone, iPad, and regular alarm clocks as backup this one has worked great the last 3 months! It’s a very loud/annoying alarm clock, the only problem I have is I used semi decent batteries in it and it failed to keep my alarms and time during a power outage, luckily my backup phone woke me up. Put a fresh battery in it and have tested it numerous times by unplugging it and that seems to have been the culprit. Overall still 5 stars bc it’s the best loudest one out there I’ve seen besides the Screaming Meanie, but this one is AC not solely batteries so 👍🏻. ... show more

    • Is VERY loud but does not work consistently
I bought this alarm clock (2 of them, actually) for my 17 y/o son who struggles to wake up in the morning. The sounds are as promised - VERY loud! But the big problem with both of the clocks that I purchased is that they often times do not actually go off. It is very easy to set these alarms, and it's obvious when they are on vs. off, the volume is easy to set, AM vs. PM is easy, etc. To that, I am 100% confident that it isn't user error. I have multiple examples of having the alarm set for 6:05am, I'm looking at the clock at 6:05am, but it's not going off. The next day, one of the alarm may go off, and the other does not. This clock really IS loud - finally one Mom can hear without her hearing aids! There are 5 different rings you can choose from, and 3 different tones for each. The volume issue is covered! Finally! It is easy enough to program without consulting instructions. Some clocks have the controls in the back, which make it cumbersome to view the settings while you're trying to set the time or alarm. This clock has the controls on the top, so you can see the face of the clock while you are setting the alarms. 5 stars for the ease of use and 5 stars for the volume.     • The Alarm is unique with 6 loud noises to choose from.
I need a loud alarm as I am hard of hearing and wear hearing aids in day time. I prefer the trumpet playing taps and the rooster. But there are 4 other sounds to awake to and this alarm has 2 alarms to set and a snooze.

    • Love this clock- however!! The battery component NEVER WORKS!
I love this alarm clock but the battery component NEVER WORKS! I brought three different orders hoping the battery would work as a backup to the plug, but it doesn’t. The clock alarms are loud enough to wake up my teenager for school. It’s perfect accept for the one defect. I’m hoping that the 4th time is a charm. I need it because all the other alarms clocks that I’ve bought during this time has not been effective. Fingers crossed. 🤞 ... show more
