Finally a great coffee maker, I grind my own beans and had many coffee makers that were just terrible when trying to use grounds in them. How refreshing it was when I got this one! Makes a great cup of coffee easy to use and comes with everything you need to use it. I haven’t used the tea or cold/iced coffee but I don’t see any reason it wouldn’t be just as good! No matter what setting I put it at I get about 2 ounces of coffee. Of course it started doing this right after the return window closed. I’ve unplugged it I’ve cleaned it. It still will not give me any more than 2 ounces of coffee and yes the water reservoir is full. I’ve taken the reservoir off a dozen times and re-seated it. Waste of money, look elsewhere for a better quality maker. ... show more

A great little machine IF you only want to make a 6 oz. cup of coffee with a pod. If you want more, you have to do the cycle twice, which is a pain, in my opinion. Otherwise it makes a good, hot cup of coffee, a little slower than used to. Recommend for RV's, small kitchens, dorms, etc. if you don't want a large cup of coffee immediately. ... show more
