Excellent quality, comparable to Pottery Barn quilts. Looks beautiful on my bed even after washing on cold gentle cycle. It’s very soft and only velvety on one side so it’s not hot. Also very large, my mattress is very deep and it covers both sides.

This is one of the best Amazon purchases I've made in a while! I initially bought it to help stage my condo prior to going on the market, and I really wasn't expecting (or needing) a lot in terms of quality. BUT! It's incredibly soft, warm but not bulky, and has held up against my two big dogs (70lbs and 45lbs) sleeping on it every night. Plus it's just gorgeous! I know right now it's flagged as an item that's frequently returned, but I'm not sure why. Maybe there's a difference in quality between the colors? All I know is that the Dark Green is definitely worth the money! ... show more

This patchwork quilt brings a homelike ,warm and cozy feel to the bedroom, with earth tone colors. Although it appears a bit thin online it’s actually very warm and can certainly be used for those cool fall days. Very soft, multi textured and reversible. Absolutely love it !

I love this quilt! The velvet feels soft and makes my bed look luxurious. It’s the perfect shade of green, almost like a mix of olive and sage. I love that it has just the right amount of hangover - not too long and not too short. That said, it is extremely lightweight. Much more lightweight than I expected. It looks heavy but it provides little to no warmth. It might be great for hot summers, but I will be layering another blanket beneath it to make up for how thin it is. ... show more

I am redecorating a couple of bedrooms in our home. I ordered four of these Shalala quilts in what I thought were four colors (two had different names but ended up being the same color) so I could see them in person and choose the best color. It turned out that the Light Taupe color ended up being the best color for one of the rooms, but I came very close to keeping this one, too, just because it's so beautiful! These quilts are soft, lightweight, good quality, and the one I kept laundered beautifully! Be sure to look through the reviews with pictures and you'll see how pretty and versatile these quilts are. I bought this bedding for my daughter room. It is good quality material, comfortably soft, and just the right thickness. The only thing is I wish the shams weren’t open on the end, the opening would be better at the back in the middle. The pillow falls out the end.
