The item came in with the cutting board broken (split right down the middle) but it was the last one so I kept it and fixed it. This sink has 2 tabs on every side that are not on the templet and you have to cut them off or cut a bigger hole to accommodate, I cut them off and glued/calked to the counter top. ... show more

I've only experienced installing 50-60 sinks in my life. This one has been the worst experience. Usually the template is used to be the exact size of your sink. This template is small by over an inch on all sides. I was going to use my beautiful exotic woods butcher block cut out as my sink cover/cutting board. Now it's too small. The cutting board that was sent is warped and doesn't lay flat. Absolutely pissed. The edges on the sink were not flat. I had to bend them in order for it to sit level. The grate has dents in it that cannot be fixed. Will update with what customer service is willing to fix. ... show more
