Edit 2: received an XL from the seller and it fits so much better. I definitely recommend sizing up one or two sizes. the top of the XL does go a bit higher than I’d hoped, but I knew that was a chance given my short torso and it helps better with my back rolls this way. the xl also doesn’t dig into my hips like the medium did. definitely helped smooth things out :) Edit: the seller reached out to me and offered to send me another set in a better size so I’ll update once I get it! I ordered a medium and they were extremely small. I almost thought I’d have to cut them to get them off (thankfully didn’t). They dug really bad into my hips and back/sides (as shown in the picture). I also hadn’t eaten anything hours before trying these on so that wasn’t a factor. I’m not even sure if large would be okay, so I’m probably gonna reorder in an XL. Personally I didn’t see a difference with it on or off. I believe it could be a little longer and tighter to actually make you look slimmer but it’s comfy and not too bad. Plus it’s my first time wearing something like this so maybe it’s just me.

I feel like my belly is a little bigger than I’d like for it to be so I have ordered the snatched body suits everyone talking about and yeah they squeeze your belly in but they also flatten your boobs and I like my boobs lol So I decided to try these and they honestly work really well, I’m 5’2 about 150 pounds I ordered size large and they fit great, I like they are thong because that’s the only underwear I will wear and they do squeeze your belly in without flatting your boobs as well. These are amazing! I don’t normally write reviews on items, because I just don’t think about it. But I just had to for these. I recently had a baby 4 months ago and while I’m making progress in losing the baby weight, my stomach is still soft and loose feeling towards the bottom area, the dreaded “baby pooch”. I bought a romper to wear for a special occasion and I felt like I just needed extra support and tightness in my belly area for my own self-confidence and comfort. These definitely helped with that! It gave me that hourglass figure I’ve been missing! They’re perfectly tight, don’t fall down, has great support (almost feels like it’s lined with boning), and so flattering. And they’re sexy! My husband thought I bought a new type of lingerie when he saw me in these, so win-win ;). Since I’ve gotten them, I’ve worn them with jeans, shorts, anything I can and it doesn’t make you feel like you have so much clothing on like other ones I’ve had. It amazes me the support you get with how thin these actually are. I’m 5’3 so I don’t have an extremely long torso (but I do have a high waist) so it came an inch or two from the underneath of my breast, which I think is great because my bra or bralette lays on top of it so there’s not that awkward back roll area between the bra and the garment, which happens with other brands. The only issue, which isn’t an issue to me, is that after a few hours, the thong part does start to get a little irritating. I can deal with it for the way these made me look! I’m 5’3, I currently weight 150lbs (still 15 lbs overweight but I’m working on it), my waist size is 30 inches, and my dreaded baby pooch area measured right at my belly button is 38 inches. Not sure why this product doesn’t have more than 4 stars bc I thought it was great! Boning prevents top from rolling down and makes it look seamless under clothes. The fabric doesn’t get hot (which is ideal especially for hotter days), and it made a huge difference in how my dress looked.

I ordered a medium and it was so tight on the thong part. Was so uncomfortable. The tummy part was fine but the back was too short and cut into my lower back bone. I don’t know if a larger size would help, but I’m guessing maybe sizing up if you’re unsure.

I do like this product, it definitely shows off my curves more which is nice. However, the only thing I don’t like about it is that it pushes some of fat down to my hips and creates a layer by your butt and groin area since it squeezes every other area.
