I think the most important things for such a pillow is build quality and air leak, and it is spot on. I put it behind my back for a couple hours, and let it be for a week, no leak. It was easy to fill and also easy to release, with a quality valve. The surface is soft, obviously it's not pillow soft as it's a thinner layer, but comfortable. I've seen options of the pillow alone, but for slightly more money getting the strap too sounded a better deal. Regarding the strap, I read the other review that the leg portion doesn't separate, I agree, but unfortunately I couldn't find any that does separate. Maybe this gives it more stability, but I guess generally having a good medical scissors around is useful with any type of bondage (I really like Madison Supply one, not those cheap junks). Actually the reason I bought this product instead of similar ones was the color, I'm bored of all black cuffs all over the place. The inside is soft and comfy, while the outside looks nice, and finally it can accommodate quite a lot of wrist sizes. The only bit which I think can be improved, and why the 4 starts, is the padding behind the neck. It is soft, but could have been more plushy so as not to put any pressure on the neck. The other available products seemed to be the same, so just as a nice upgrade. For now I'll add a small pillow behind her neck if we want to go for a longer play. ... show more
