I'd considered helping her mount one to the ceiling, but when an opportunity presented itself to try a simpler over-the-door number, I took it. It was easy to install, and easy to repack into the bag for compact transport. Adjusting the straps also is easy enough. I'm a bit worried about how well it will bear weight, and moreover how wise it is to transfer all of her (or my) weight into the door's hinges. First, the swing’s design feels awkward and somewhat uncomfortable. The most notable issue is the inability to easily spread your legs while using it, making it difficult to fully enjoy the range of positions that are advertised. This, unfortunately, limits the swing’s functionality and makes it less versatile than expected. Additionally, the swing puts undue pressure on doorways. It feels as though the weight of the swing and the tension could damage the door frame over time, which is concerning given that the product is meant to be easily installed and removed.
