I have to admit that I was a little intimidated when I first opened the box for this toy. I have tried the Sybian before but never a thrusting toy, so I was cautious. As I began unpacking the box I was surprised by how many attachments came with it! There are small flexible toys and long thick ones that are slightly more rigid. One little purple attachment has a small dolphin protruding for extra stimulus. Another toy is thick and anatomically correct for a lack of an "allowed" word on Amazon. Then you also have wand extensions if you need the machine to thrust from a distance or at an angle you cannot achieve by simply adjusting the knobs on the mechanism. The base is sturdy and comes with 4 retractable suction cups if you have a flat hard surface to which you want to stick it to. If not, I found that setting it against the headboard of the bed or a wall works well too. Between the knobs and the attachments, I can't fathom a position that you wouldn't be able to use it in, which is quite remarkable. The adjustable knob on the remote controls the thrust speed. Because of the general idea of a thrusting machine, I was a bit timid at first. But I quickly found that while it is strong enough to get you there, it doesn't seem strong enough to hurt you even at full power, which is a big relief. I found speed 6 out of 10 made me a very satisfied customer. My male partner also tried it and was very happy with it as well. The machine is very quiet for what it does! Pros: Worked very well for me. Easy setup. Easy Cleanup. Even the attachments were great and plentiful for the cost. Speed and power were well balanced for safety and pleasure. Quiet and small! Machine works as intended. It is a little tippy if not positioned correctly and I’m not sure what you would stick the suction cup bottom to if using in bed. But works well and the remote works well to adjust speed. The connection for the different accessories is sturdy and easy to remove and change. A little limited on which positions it could be used in unless you have something to suction cup it to since it will likely fall forward from weight and angle of attachments. Overall it works, but for example the advertised trust of 2.36" is a scum and actually it's 1.57" (4cm), the strength is medium, the suction caps are very bad quality with plastic that doesn't stick longer than a minute. The main carcass is super weak and prone to destriction, and it can't hold the machine stable while operating. The toys that come with the 5 SET are fine, but the fleshlight toy is more for childen genital, not for men's size. The overall structure is weak, but the machine is functional, it does the job, the good thing is that there is a torque sensor and it pauses when high pressure is applied. ... show more
