I attempted to hook this up and could not do it. I needed a PS 2 male with an HDMI end. Which this does not. There are others out there and they are not difficult to find. This product arrived quickly, no parts missing, came with instructions, perfect. Will not return, who knows?

    • Defective PAL/NTSC Switch
I was going to return this and still might, because when you press the button to switch from PAL to NTSC, it momentarily starts to switch to NTSC and then reverts back to PAL. In PAL mode, communication between Roku Express and my old TV is very laggy and the picture is very low resolution black snd white. However, when playing around with the device after trying a different brand (that didn't work at all), I discovered if I *hold* the button down, I get NTSC conversion, color video, reasonable resolution, and expected level of responsiveness. So, my work-around is I wrapped a button type battery in plastic packing tape so it can't make any electrical connection, placed it over the switch button, and taped it to the device using more packing tape. That holds the button down securely, and I just watched an episode of House with no problem. ... show more
